Sounds good. How does exhibiting in the Impact Expo work?

The Expo is the heart of the Festival – a marketplace for connection, conversation and great ideas. It’s an exclusive opportunity to activate your brand, connect and engage with delegates.

The Expo is ‘active’ throughout the Festival with peak traffic at the start of each day before the main stage keynotes, during the break times, lunch times, and at the end of each day. The Expo is happening in TSB Arena.

How much space is available, and what’s the process?

Space in the Expo is limited, with opportunities for up to 50 organisations to activate their brand and engage with delegates. There are flexible spaces available depending on your budget, the size and location your after. Sizes include standard (3x2M), double (6x2M), premium (6x6M) or the opportunity to activate an entire village around your chosen theme.
