Engineer and Industrial Sustainability Lead at Beca, leading the integration of circular economy principles.

Colleen is a professional Civil Engineer at Beca with over 20 years of experience in a variety of engineering projects in Canada and New Zealand. Colleen works within all Beca teams to encourage sustainable outcomes for all industrial clients, by implementing training and coaching to project teams in New Zealand and Australia.

Since January 2022, Colleen has taken a leadership role alongside her day-to-day Engineering role, to integrate sustainable outcomes into Beca. As Industrial Sustainability Lead, Colleen is driving important positive change at Beca every day to start a circular way of thinking about every project Beca does.

Colleen has succeeded in encouraging and supporting Beca employees to make positive sustainability decisions in their own lives and on Beca projects.
