Jade Waetford

Jade (Ngāti Hine, Te Whānau-a-Apanui, Te Āti Awa, Te Āti Haunui-a-Pāpārangi) is a Rongoā Practitioner and Facillitator of Hauora and Toi Māori, who is part of the team at M3 Mindfulness.

Jade is an inspiring facilitator with over 20 years experience in the well being, education and social development sectors. Combining her skills in integrated bodywork, holistic organisational development and arts based facilitation she “holds the mirror” for her clients; one-on-one or group, pointing to accessible tools within for mental, physical, spiritual and family healing, through Hā – breathwork.

Her passion lies in establishing rigorous connection to self and people as members of the natural world and layering this through Māori frameworks. Jade is a business owner and co-established Te Pā, now Hau Kainga, the first Toi Māori Gallery and Workshop in Masterton, has led and contributed to start ups, local, regional and national government agencies as a change agent for kaitiakitanga using Toi Māori. She is a mother of five children, teenagers and young adults and enjoys balancing her work and family life by keeping good relationship with Tane and Tangaroa, forests and ocean and loving her kuri, Honey.
