Kylie Paekau

Facilitator at M3 Mindfulness, passionate about building skills and tools to support mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing.


Kylie (Ngāti Maniapoto, Ngāti Apakura) has worked alongside many people from all walks of life in her 10 plus years working in the hauora / wellbeing industry.

She thrives on supporting others to navigate through life’s challenges, helping them to connect with their innate strengths and build resilience to carry them through times of adversity. Through her own lived experience Kylie understands how important it is to have tools in our kete to nurture not only our physical health but also our mental, emotional and spiritual health.

Kylie has a background in Kinesiology and Jungian Movement Therapy and has taught mindfulness and meditation in many settings including as an M3 Facilitator in schools throughout Aotearoa.
