Mindy has been a champion for business as a force for good for more than a decade. A collaborator, strategist and community builder, she played an instrumental role to grow the B Corp movement.

B Corps are businesses that meet high standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency. Certified B Corporations, or B Corps, envision a better economic system where businesses can benefit people, communities, and the planet. They choose long-term investments over quick wins, and measure their success based on the positive impact they create.

As a movement, there are now more than 6,000 Certified B Corporations spanning across more than 150 industries, employing almost 400,000 people around the world. More than 500 of these B Corps are based in Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand. They come in all shapes and sizes, proving there’s always an opportunity to use business as a force for good.

Having developed partnerships with corporates and governments and worked directly with hundreds of companies to measure and improve their impact, Mindy is committed to helping enterprises infuse purpose and reimagine business models to create deep impact.

Climate change compelled Mindy to leave a corporate career in the U.S.A to pursue more purposeful work. Mindy is a Better Futures Australia ambassador, Climate Reality Leader and helped start the ANZ B Corp Climate Collective
